Newfangled Tactical, Inc is based in Florida. We do not sell firearms, All items we sell are in accordance with local laws and regualtions.

Eligibility

By using this Site or placing an order, you represent that:
*   You are at least 18 years old
*   You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items you order under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
*   You are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state law
*   You are not purchasing any item on behalf of a person who cannot legally possess it
*   All information you provide is accurate and current
We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe may violate applicable law or these Terms.

Accounts

You may create an account to manage orders and preferences. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at tres@newfangledtactical.com. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account use.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to verify eligibility, or inability to complete a lawful transfer.
Prices may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely — we do not store full payment card data on our systems.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Site to:

*   Make a straw purchase — buying accessories on behalf of someone who cannot legally possess it
*   Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Site
*   Transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent content
*   Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
*   Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
*   Resell products purchased from this Site without our written consent

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Newfangled Tactical, Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products and display images. We do not guarantee that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free or complete. We reserve the right to control and change all product details at any time.

Finish colors and coatings vary between units and may differ from photographs and are not a valid reason for returns — see our Returns &  Refunds Policy for details. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us within 15 days of delivery.

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.

Age Verification & Buyer Eligibility

Newfangled Tactical, Inc. is committed to responsible sales and strict compliance with federal and state law. All purchases are subject to the eligibility requirements on this page. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet them.

Minimum Age Requirements

Federal law sets the following minimums for purchases from a licensed dealer:
*   NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc.): 21 years old
*   Ammunition: 18 years old (21 for handgun ammunition in certain states)
Some states impose stricter requirements. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the age laws in your state. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age requirements cannot be verified.

Straw Purchases

A straw purchase — buying on behalf of someone else who is the actual intended recipient — is a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6), punishable by up to 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
By placing an order, you certify that you are the actual buyer and are not acquiring the accessory for another person.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations of suspected straw purchases.

State & Local Law

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction before purchasing any item or accessory. This includes:

We reserve the right to cancel any order where the transfer would be unlawful in your jurisdiction. If cancelled for this reason, you receive a refund minus a restocking fee starting at 5% depending on the item.

Verification at Transfer

Your age and identity are verified by your receiving FFL dealer at the time of transfer as part of the ATF Form 4473 process. You must present valid government-issued photo ID. If valid ID cannot be provided, the transfer cannot be completed. We are not responsible for transfers that fail due to inability to verify age or identity.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, decline to complete any transfer, or terminate any customer account if we have reason to believe that applicable laws or our policies have been or may be violated. This right exists independently of any background check result.
